Join our small group training program and get personalised attention, accountability, and support in a friendly, encouraging and intimate group setting. Our experienced coaches will guide and support you every step of the way, helping you achieve your strength and fitness goals with the confidence and knowledge to match.
How Does It WORk?
Our semi-private training program offers space for 6 people per session, ensuring that your coach can break down each movement, correct your technique and support you across the session.
Each session is comprised of:
1 Main Lift, 2 Supporting Strength Movements & a super sweaty Spicy Finisher!
This allows us to build confidence and strength in the exciting barbell lifts while also developing strength and stability in our weaker areas, creating a body that lasts rather than just one for show!
Here at the BSGC, we don't believe in just stopping at strong!
Our Spicy Finishers will turbocharge your fitness levels without spending hours on a treadmill!
Blending cardio with weightlifting, core strengthening, and body weight work makes becoming the fittest version of you something you dont dread!
are all the sessions the same?
Our lifting program changes every 8 weeks, so that our members can spend time focusing on more technical movements and develop their strength and confidence, with the bonus of being able to test their strength at the end of each program to see how much theyve improved!
We focus on 5 different main lifts in each program, meaning that one lift is designated to a day each week. For example:
Monday - Barbell Push Press
Tuesday - Barbell Back Squat
Wednesday - Pull Ups
This allows our members to get into a routine and pick the movements they want to concentrate on the most within that 8 week program.
