COACH

ZOE JACKSON

Fitness has always been part of my life (mostly running!!) but in the last four years I have fell in love with strength training and have been on a journey of transformation myself...one that was less so about the way I looked but more about mental health and feeling strong particularly in times when it felt like my body and mind was working against me!

I am a mum of two young children and from a corporate research background so fitness became a part of my life to help cope with the demands of being a Mum, managing my health whilst also juggling a high performing career.

As a result of my own experiences, I want to help women navigate the physical 'big shifts' from postpartum recovery to the complexities of perimenopause and menopause. Most fitness programs tend to not focus on the hormonal and emotional realities of these stages, but I provide a supportive, coaching experience that prioritizes strength and longevity over quick fixes.

Having experienced my own gynaecological health challenges, I bring a level of sensitivity and empathy having lived through these experiences. I want to help women build the confidence and sustainable habits they need to feel strong and healthy for the next stage in their life.
